Jens-Peter W. Bergen
is a sole practitioner providing personalized trial and litigation services
throughout Southern Maine. He takes pride in providing cost-effective, aggressive representation to individuals and businesses.
He attended University of Maine School of Law (J.D. 1988) and was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1988, and the U.S. District Court, District of Maine in 1990. He represented several clients in the District and Superior Courts in Southern Maine, as well as before the Maine Supreme Court. He represented clients in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for Maine and New Hampshire, and the Massachusetts Superior Court. Jens is a member of the York County Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.
